Refunds & Returns

At Kerb Productions, we want you to be happy with your purchase. The following policy outlines how refunds and returns are handled for both tickets and merchandise.


1. Event Tickets

  • All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are only issued if an event is cancelled by Kerb Productions.
  • If an event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund.
  • No refunds will be given for non-attendance or personal circumstances.

2. Merchandise Returns

  • You may return unworn, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, including tags.
  • To start a return, email us at contact@kerb-productions.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty.
  • If an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

3. Processing Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear after we receive your returned item.

4. Exceptions

  • We cannot accept returns on worn, washed, or damaged items.
  • We cannot refund digital tickets or booking fees, except where the event is cancelled by us.
