At Kerb Productions, we want you to be happy with your purchase. The following policy outlines how refunds and returns are handled for both tickets and merchandise.
1. Event Tickets
- All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
- Refunds are only issued if an event is cancelled by Kerb Productions.
- If an event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund.
- No refunds will be given for non-attendance or personal circumstances.
2. Merchandise Returns
- You may return unworn, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, including tags.
- To start a return, email us at contact@kerb-productions.com with your order number and reason for return.
- You are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty.
- If an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Processing Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear after we receive your returned item.
4. Exceptions
- We cannot accept returns on worn, washed, or damaged items.
- We cannot refund digital tickets or booking fees, except where the event is cancelled by us.
